Simply dial 099 on your TravelSIM phone, and you will receive a return call reporting your remaining minutes.

As long as you have an unlocked international GSM phone, the TravelSIM should work with your existing mobile phone.

You will know that your phone is locked if, when you insert the TravelSIM and enter your pin, your screen’s display does not change or you get either of the following messages on your screen:
"Insert SIM"
"SIM not valid""

Following your order, your GSM SIM card will be shipped out by the next working day. We use DHL and UPS services for delivery. The final date of delivery depends on the speed of the delivery service and the destination of your order.

1. Dial '+' or 00 first, followed by the country code and regional number, then your destination number.
2. Press the 'Call' button on your phone and you will see the message "Wait for call" displayed on your screen.
3. In a few seconds you will receive a call. Just answer the phone as you normally would.
